online coaching and mentoring world.

Fiji-born champion hammer thrower, rugby player,
basketball player, and powerlifter Tavaita Ruth is winning a growing
group of success-minded athletes and normal people who turn to her for
her winning advice on sports training and life. With a growing presence
on social media and beyond Tavaita is earning praise for her work
worldwide.
“I love to motivate people and inspire them because
it’s what I have been put here to do,” commented the virtual coach, also
known as Coach V. “I want people to know that WE CAN DO ALL THINGS,

In addition to her work as a sports and life coach
and athlete, Tavaita also runs her own online brand, which is available
through her Kaiwai App.
While Tavaita has deep knowledge of kinesiology and
athletics, many of her coaching clients come to her for more broad
advice and mentoring covering self-confidence, the benefits of struggles
and other success-minded topics. She has clients spanning the globe
including places like her own Fiji, Australia, Samoa, Tonga, New
Zealand, and the United States.
