The "Surf's Up" album cover was created by a collaboration of Mou5ZyZZ, Yago Music, Lollypop Lane, and Vivi Ay. Jakob Faber, aka Yago Music, and Vivi Ay are actually a couple. They are holding hands on Surf's Up album cover. They made cardboard cutouts for the Surf Boards they are holding in their hands.
