review of Online Reputation Management and its negative effects on business and
business development. This series of 5 in-depth articles highlights the
challenges small and medium sized companies face if someone decides they didn’t
like how you interacted with them in a business transaction.

seem to get pleasure in posting these mostly non truthful reports”. It is time
we challenge these companies and their ability to damage a business or

research all negative comments and reach out to the individual or company
