Rosdet Nascimento Launches a Mental Health eBook Titled ‘I'm Still Here’

This eBook is an essay on mental health, anxiety and depression in young people. Rosdet Nascimento discusses depression and anxiety in adolescents during pandemics and how they can overcome these problems.

Rosdet Nascimento is pleased to announce the release of a new eBook. This new eBook titled “I'm Still Here” will be released on February 22nd. It can be pre-ordered via Barnes & Noble and Amazon. “In recent years, people around the world have been living in the most anxious and apprehensive situation. Families are in uncertain conditions, many people are unemployed due to layoffs. On the one hand, as parents, they should have a responsibility to provide for the family and pay the bills. Moreover, if adults struggle to survive during this time, how about the youngsters? Are they in the same situation as the younger generation fifty years ago, or is it going to be a more complicated situation?” said the author, Rosdet Nascimento.

The pandemic has caused a 27.6% escalation in cases of major depressive disorders according to the COVID-19 Mental Disorders Collaborators. In addition, an increase in cases of anxiety disorders by 25.6% globally in 2020. Other than that, based on the research, women are likely to have a higher percentage of anxiety than men. Among them, 27% experienced anxiety and 15% felt depressed. The main reason that affects their emotions is their economic situation. The daily lives of young people are also affected by the country’s situation and region. As a result, during social isolation, as many as 46% of adolescents lack the motivation to do activities they usually enjoy. On the other hand, 36% felt less motivated to perform their routine tasks.

Author Rosdet Nascimento takes readers in a simple and effective essay on mental health, anxiety and depression at a younger age. The author provides a different perspective on mental health in the younger generation due to the pandemic and social isolation. Social isolation and loneliness during pandemics have various impacts on young people. Therefore, in such a situation, the younger generation needs to be taken care of, so as not to fall into forbidden things such as using illegal drugs to overcome their anxiety and depression.

Announcing the Help Fight Depression Campaign by Alfred Bellanti

Help to Reduce Depression in Our population
Pagewood, NSW, Australia – December 7, 2015 – Did you know that over 10% of the population suffer or have suffered depression at one stage in their life? And that’s only the cases that are reported or diagnosed. There must be many more. The tragedy with depression and the worst case scenario end result of suicide is that people don’t know enough about depression to “get on top of it”.

For many years Alfred Bellanti had suffered depression in his earlier years. Since then he had a breakthrough and have been helping others, professionally and at a personal level.

Alfred was fortunate enough to get a momentary insight into his own depression and “got on top of it” as it were. From that experience he discovered that you don’t have to stay depressed, that depression is manageable and that you can find your way back from depression.

A few years later Alfred was able to bounce back even after a life threatening bout with cancer. Since then he has researched depression and explored the various therapies available: Depression is preventable, and can be self-managed. Alfred has helped friends as well as clients at a professional level.

The result of this is that I wrote an ebook: “Manage Your Depression: a self help guide

Alfred’s mission now is to help more people with depression, through books, courses, videos, apps, webinars and workshops. Can you donate to help develop self-help courses, workshops, videos to assist the many people suffering depression?

By developing these products, marketing them and making them available both online and offline, the help I offer will have a far wider reach.

About Alfred Bellanti

Alfred Bellanti graduated with a Bachelor of Science from University of New South Wales in 1987. In 1993 Alfred completed a Graduate Diploma in Social Science, focusing on Psychology. As the next step he became qualified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and completed the mandatory 12 month supervisory period to be accepted into the Australian Society of Clinical Hypnotherapists.

He has been practicing since then and has helped many of his clients through depression and other issues for which they saw him e.g. anxiety, quit smoking, weight loss. During this period Alfred also obtained a Diploma in Botanical Medicine entitled him to practice Western Herbalism.

In February 2002 He was diagnosed with a Lymphatic Cancer. Severe complications set in after surgery that brought him very close to death. He slowly recovered and went back to work in Pharmacies and Health stores.

In conjunction with this work he continued to see people in his private practice. In 2013 Alfred Published an eBook titled “How to Manage Your Depression: a Self Help Guide”.

Alfred is currently developing a series of lectures on depression and has begun conducting workshop for those who want to actively participate in their own recovery.

Announcing the Couch 2 Trail Journey by Wayne Kissane

It was an obligation to find passions and go after things to fully experience life. He could have played it safe and picked an easy task, or activity, but Wayne Kissane decided to hike the Appalachian Trail.

Manassas, VA – December 11, 2014 – In 2011, I abandoned everything.  Wayne Kissane was 5 days from ending his life and he is only here because a supervisor, and another coworker, in his building sensed something was terribly wrong.

Looking back, he can now see that he ended his own life many years prior.  He chose nothingness over life.  Wayne was satisfied with just eating whatever tasted good, playing videogames, watching TV, and sleeping.  The acceptance of that life being "happy" or "normal" took him down the path of obesity, misery, depression, and nearly into the grave way too soon.  That life, and Wayne use the word loosely, was his "couch".  The place he resided instead of actively being on the path of life finding true happiness through experiences: he calls it the "Trail".

The website http://www.couch2trail.com is the extended version of his second chance at life.  It gives great insight into where he has come from since 2011 and what drives Wayde to continue.  He hopes it touches your heart as he exposes himself openly, and honestly, to help others get their second chance.
Wayne wanted to avoid asking for financial assistance, but doing the math, it will not be possible to begin this major milestone in my recovery without the generosity of others.  Simply put, it would be irresponsible for me to "up and go" without covering my bases at home for while I am on the trail.
Thank you for your consideration and feel free to follow my journey even without financial support.

All unused funds donated by everyone will go to Make A Wish......those kids do not get the second chance he was given and he believes they should at least get one last dream.

Wayne will also be chronicling this journey in a book.  100% of all profit will also go to Make a Wish.  This journey is not about "getting rich".  Wayne is seeking the help to make it happen, nothing more.  He truly cannot do this without your help.

About Wayde Kissane

Wade was born in Australia in 1973. His father was in the US Navy and he met his mother over there. They got married and Wayde was brought into this world 11 months later. Since he was in a military family, we moved frequently. It is hard on a child because you literally move every 18-36 months. Each time you go through the same process.

Wayde has never been married although I was engaged. The engagement was broken off by her in February 2009. His history with her has no connection to my near tragedy in 2011. Wayne is just a regular guy who was given a second chance at life.
