The foundation founder, Richard Evans, understands that clothing and foods are basic human needs besides shelter, health, and security. "We gave them clothing and food through our foundation Mrs. Ware said, to support them facing uncertain pandemic situations. We understand homeless people are suffering and struggling with this situation. Richard Evans is one of many people who are aware of humanity. As a devout Christian, father and friend, he found so many women and children living in the street, begging for money. He met this situation every day on a normal day he went to work, and back, from his business. He found similarities from the women living in the street. He noticed that besides struggling to keep a roof over their heads, these women also suffered from diverse mental health problems. 

 

In some instances , women he knew well, who were living in conditions that appear to be normal family situations, were on the verge of homelessness or being asked to leave quite frequently from homes they shared with friends and family or lovers. They were going from home to home, not because they were bad people, but because they couldn’t pay their bills due to job loss or from being kicked out mainly because of intolerance of who they are, by the people they stayed with or landlords. These women couldn’t live in normal situations, making them live in the street and beg for money to survive. Richard Evans said, “ These women are not bad people; they are just individuals who needed more help than the average individual in Society.” Therefore, Richard started to help them financially, giving them shelter and  other resources. His real action was helping those women enhance their lives. Richard was also giving out his own money to individuals who needed help, particularly for homeless families or homeless individuals. He knew these people are those who  needed help the most in our society.

 

Richard is a patient and a passionate person. He reached his breaking point when he saw a women with three children begging for some money at the gas station and unfortunately, everyone kept walking past her. Disgusted at what he was seeing, at that moment, he vowed to dedicate his life to the advancement of the less fortunate families in need. He established the Richard Evans Foundation and vowed to help unfortunate families , particularly single mothers with kids and  women in the world through financial support shelter and charity.

Announcing the Helina Kebede Student Loans Campaign

Fair Haven, MI – June 2, 2015 – A family of 4 is trying to survive on one income and pay off over $130,000.00 is student loans. Their goals are not to get rich but only survive and provide a college fund for their two small children and pay off their student loans.

Helina Kebede is a stay at home mom so she can guide their children in an American way, they don't own a home but that is ok for now, just as long as they can pay the rent (which is a struggle for them on a single income) and feed their children as well.

Announcing the Campaign to Save an Abused Child from Depths of Despair

Donate to a mother fighting for full custody to save her daughter from her abuser’s family

Woodbridge, VA -- May 22, 2015 -- Cat Bailey, loving mother to a beautiful daughter, announces her campaign to fund the process to petition for full custody and save her child from a traumatic abuse situation.

When Cat’s daughter was just 6 years old, she suffered through a situation in which she was molested by a close member of her father’s family. Despite an investigation involving both local police and Child Protective Services, the accusation was deemed unfounded and the predator was never punished for the crime. What’s worse, the child has now repeatedly been forced to spend time with this family member as her father’s family refuses to believe that she was abused.

Cat’s daughter is now being seen by multiple therapists and  child development evaluators, who have diagnosed her as having a debilitating case of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, caused by the abuse and the subsequent forced visitations with the accused family member. Meanwhile, the child is forced to spend entire summers with her father’s family, under the current court order.

Cat is now seeking the help of the crowdfund community to help her pay for both the psychiatric care for her daughter as well as court costs and lawyer fees to fight her daughter’s father for full custody. Cat is seeking at least $50,000 to cover these costs as well as any incidental costs that come along with this journey. Your donations can go a long way towards helping an abused child stay with her mother and out of harm’s way.
